1. Entry is only open to New Zealand residents.

5. To submit an entry, and be a participant in Treasures Cover Baby 2009, competition entrants must complete registration of their baby online at www.coverbaby.co.nz with a valid email address.
6. Entry is categorized by Treasures nappy sizes, so there are 6 categories.
7. Only one entry per child will be permitted.
8. If a child has already been entered into one category, she/he cannot then be entered into any other category.
9. Only entries that contain an actual Treasures Ultra or Treasures Giggles nappy pack in the photo will be eligible to win their category and be named a Finalist ("Finalist") with the right to participate at the ("Photoshoot"), and appear on the cover of Little Treasures magazine.
10. Photo manipulation via photoshop or other similar design software is not permitted. Any photos that are suspected of manipulation will not be eligible to win their category and be named a Finalist ("Finalist") with the right to participate at the ("Photoshoot"), and appear on the cover of Little Treasures magazine.
11. The photo submitted on entry will NOT be the photo used for the front cover of Little Treasures magazine.
12. Entries received after midnight 15 June 2009 will be ineligible.
13. Any entry that is rigged, or suspected of fraud, will be automatically disqualified.
14. You must have the right to load and distribute the photo that you upload.
15. Photos must be of your child, be tasteful, be clothed or in nappies and not infringe any rights of the child and/or the child’s parents and must be in keeping with New Zealand law.
16. Any photos that are deemed inappropriate will be deleted from the website without explanation by SCA Hygiene Australasia. No correspondence will be entered into.
17. Entry is open to any New Zealand resident, who meets the above conditions, with the exception of employees of SCA Hygiene Australasia, their immediate families and associated agencies.
18. All entries become the property and copyright of the Promoter on receipt.

Terms and Conditions of Voting

20. Voting is open to anyone.
21. Voting can be completed between 12:01pm, 1 April 2009 and 11:59pm, 15 June 2009.
22. Each voter can only vote once per child for the duration of the competition.
23. You cannot vote on behalf of anybody.
24. Each voter can vote for multiple children.
25. Any vote that is rigged, or suspected of fraud, will be automatically disqualified at the discretion of the competition organisers.

Terms and Conditions of Winning

26. To be eligible for winning, the Winner’s entry must comply with the Terms and Conditions stated above.
27. Judges, appointed by ACP Media Limited ("ACP"), will select the Winner from the photos taken of the Finalists at the Photoshoot.
28. One finalist will be selected from each category.
29. The six Finalists will be contacted during the week commencing 15 June to confirm their attendance, with their child, at the Photoshoot during the week commencing 29 June 2009.
30. Any prizes must be claimed on the date or dates set by SCA Hygiene Australasia, Private Bag 93-125, Henderson, Waitakere 0650, Auckland, New Zealand ("the Promoter").
31. The photograph of the Winner, being the photograph on which the judges based their decision to choose the Winner, will be published on the cover of the August/September 2009 issue of Little Treasures magazine.

33. The judges' decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Terms and Conditions of Finalist's Prize

35. To be eligible for winning, the Finalist's entry must comply with the Terms and Conditions stated above.
36. Each Finalists will be entitled to receive:
    • One professional Photoshoot
    • One digitally printed image from this Photoshoot provided by ACP; and
    • One Fujifilm FinePix S1500 digital camera provided by Fujifilm NZ Limited ("Fujifilm")
37. The right of any finalist to receive any Finalist Prize cannot be transferred by that Finalist to another party, nor can it be exchanged for cash and such prize can only be redeemed through the Promoter or Fujifilm (as applicable).
38. For Finalists who are residents outside of Auckland, reasonable transport and one night's accommodation costs will be provided for the Finalist and one parent or guardian of that Finalist.
39. All other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the Finalists.
40. Each Finalist must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times while travelling to and from the Photoshoot, and during the Photoshoot, and such parent or guardian must be over 18 years of age as at the date of the Photoshoot.
41. By entering this promotion you give SCA Hygiene Australasia the rights, subject to any rights of ACP, to use any image uploaded, or taken at the Photoshoot, for future promotion, on the Treasures website and on associated SCA Hygiene Australasia websites.
42. All images taken at the Photoshoot remain the sole property of ACP. Photos taken at the Photoshoot cannot be reproduced without the consent of ACP Media Ltd and SCA Hygiene Australasia.
43. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss incurred if the event is cancelled for any reason beyond the control of the Promoter.
44. Fujifilm shall not be responsible for any loss incurred if the event is cancelled for any reason beyond the control of Fujifilm and any late, lost, incomplete or misdirected mail.

Terms and Conditions of Weekly "Editor’s Pick" Prizes

45. To be eligible for winning, the Editor’s Pick entries must comply with the Terms and Conditions stated above.
46. Winners will be selected on a weekly basis (between 6 April ?22 June 2009) from all new registered entrants from the previous week, by ACP Magazines NZ.
47. Each winner will receive one year’s subscription to Little Treasures magazine, valued at $24.00, and one 20”x30?Fujifilm stretch canvas print of your baby, valued at $149.99.
48. There are 11 Editor’s Pick prizes to be won in total.
49. Winners will be announced on www.coverbaby.co.nz and the image will remain on this site for that seven day period. If no voice answer is provided the Promoter will leave a voicemail message. 71. Participation in Treasures Cover Baby search 2009 implies acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of entry.
72. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of any entry and to disqualify any entry and/or refuse to award a prize where false and/or misleading details have been given by the entrant, or where the entrant breaches any of these Terms and Conditions at its absolute discretion and without giving reasons.

80. The Promoter and Fujifilm take no responsibility for incomplete, illegible, lost, misdirected, incorrectly supplied or late entries. All personal information provided by entrants will be held by SCA Hygiene Australasia and will be used for the purposes of conducting this promotion and to notify entrants of products and services that SCA Hygiene Australasia considers may be of interest to them in the future, including by email and text. Under the Privacy Act 1993, entrants may access personal information that SCA Hygiene Australasia holds about them and seek correction of that information at any time. If, for any reason, any part of this offer is not capable of running as planned, including war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of any part of this offer, the Promoter reserves the right (A) in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the claim/entry process, or may benefit from such tampering, and (B) to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend any or all of parts of the offer.
